Daylight saving starts this weekend
26 September 2018

Daylight saving starts this weekend when clocks are set forward by 1 hour at 2am on Sunday 30 September 2018.
SouthSeas Healthcare is using the daylight saving time switch to remind their clients about punctuality for medical appointments.
While the clocks on most digital devices update automatically, body clock transitions can be difficult. The hour change can inadvertently affect health, mood and cause sleep deprivation.
We advise our families and clients to make sure they reset their clocks an hour forward before they go to bed on Saturday night. While it’s a seemingly minor transition, that hour forward can affect the start of your week.
Please don't forget to move your clocks ahead this weekend.
