COVID Testing Criteria and Clinical Opening Hours

 

Who Should Get Tested?

To moved down the Alert Level, we need to keep testing numbers up. The more we test for COVID, the faster we can eliminate it.

Please get a test if:

  • You are unwell;

  • You are a close contact, even though you are asymptomatic;

  • You have been to a Location of Interest, even though you are asymptomatic;

 

Clinic Operation Hours

Opening Hours will remain normal from Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 1pm.

Patients call book via phones, emails or MMH.

We ONLY take telephone consultations at the moment, no walk-ins.

To book an appointment with doctors or nurses, please:

New patient enrolment is paused at Level 3.

All new patient appointments are put on hold due to Alert Level 3 Restrictions. If you need prescriptions or other non-urgent matters, please contact your old GP as we cannot provide these services without a face to face appointment.

The entrance of the clinic is closed. Signs and notices are visible for you to see and understand.

All chemists are still open for your prescriptions.

Labtests are also open for blood tests.
