Malie Faalavaau is a Registered Social Worker at South Seas Healthcare. She provides advice, advocacy and support to people with personal and social issues. Primarily Malie supports children / youth aged 18 months to 11 years in her role, as a counsellor helping them to become familiar with their talents, interests and challenges, and identifying ways to strengthen children individually and help them participate in Primary education. Malie speaks Samoan as well as English, and is highly qualified holding a Bachelor of Social Work, a Certificate in Nutshell Legal Education, Certificate in Social Services Level 4, Financial Literacy Commission Capability, a National Certificate in Computing Levels 1 and 2 and a National Certificate in Mental Health and Addiction Support Level 4.
