Mark Croker

Mark Croker is the Chief Operating Officer for South Seas, appointed in January 2021 and responsible for providing financial leadership, strategic and managerial guidance to the organisation. A key part of his role relates to partnering with the Senior Management Team and key stakeholders with regards to implementing and streamlining financial reporting and operating practices to achieve synergies across its wider portfolio of health and community services as well as support South Seas growth and expansion plans.

Prior to South Seas, Mark worked with various multi-national organisations and SME’s in the construction, industrial, supply chain and bio-technology sectors over the past 20 years enhancing accounting capability, reporting systems, empowering teams and bedding in change management processes. Educated in New Zealand and Fiji, Mark is a chartered accountant and has an MBA from Southern Cross University, Australia.
