The Bubblegum Team Represents South Seas at McAuley High School Health Expo
The Bubblegum team from South Seas Healthcare Trust, were present at the McAuley High School Health Expo last Friday 16th May 2025. Their involvement represented not only South Seas' holistic vision of promoting positive health and wellbeing but also highlighting the importance of engaging with young people within the community. Through interactive and engaging activities, the team effectively connected with students, fostering a deeper understanding of health issues and encouraging proactive approaches to personal wellbeing. To provide comprehensive support, a nurse from the South Seas clinic was also present, ensuring that young people had access to professional health advice and assessments throughout the event
This was a testament to Bubblegum and South Seas commitment to promoting health and well-being among young people. During the event, the team engaged with other youth and health providers who shared the same mission of encouraging positive health practices within the community and the importance of staying connected with youth. This important engagement allowed the Bubblegum team and South Seas to showcase their ongoing efforts in creating opportunities for the community and young people.
In preparation for Youth Week, the McAuley High students also shared positive messages and encouragements for all young people to bring about awareness and a reminder of their important contributions and voices to the fabric of all communities.

The Bubblegum team had an incredible experience engaging with enthusiastic students and other passionate providers. A massive thank you to McAuley High School’s Health department for the invitation to be a part of an important initiative for the community and the future of young people.
