Faolotoi Reupena Pogi served for over 12 years as the Samoa Consul General in Auckland, where he was a strong advocate for South Seas and other Pacific providers, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. During which, his visible leadership and persistent support gave confidence to Pacific communities in navigating those challenging times.

As an accountant by profession, Faolotoi brings extensive expertise in public service, governance, and financial management. His distinguished career includes decades of service at the Samoa Audit Office, where he held senior roles such as Audit Consultant, Assistant Controller, and Chief Auditor.
